Do I have a fair shot at Berkeley, Cornell, or the other Ivys?

Hey, I'm a junior in highschool in PA and I'm wondering what my chances are at getting into Berkeley, Cornell, or the other ivys. I know they're all hard to get into but I was told that Berkeley isn't too bad and Cornell is the easiest of the Ivys to get into.
Here are my stats:

Race: Asian (Indian). Wasn't born in America, but I am a citizen, and currently reside in Pennsylvania.

GPA: 4.4 (based on 9th and 10th grade). My projected GPA at the end of this year is like a 4.5
Unweighted GPA is 4.0, based on 9th and 10th grade.
By the end of highschool, I will have taken 11 APs.
I took 1 in 10th grade, taking 4 this year, and 6 next year.
AP Euro Exam score: 4. (I was told that AP scores don't really count for admissions though)

SAT: 1 attempt so far, 2110. 790 in Math, 690 in Writing, and 630 in reading. I'm going to take them again though and hope to pull up the reading and writing scores.
PSAT: 215. 73 in Math, 80 in Writing, and 62 in reading. I could maybe qualify for National Merit? I'm not sure why I included this.
SAT II: 760 - Math I. I'm going to take US History, Chemistry, and probably Math II as well.
620 - World History. (I never took a course in World History. I just wanted to take the test cause I thought I was good at it.) I don't plan on sending this score.

ECs
Have volunteered at the Red Cross. Plan to volunteer at the Veteran's Hospital for about 60-80 hrs.
I'm the president of FBLA at my school. I've been to FBLA states in Global business. Been in the club for all 3 years.
I've been pole vaulting for 2 years now. I'm not good enough to qualify for Districts or States, so I don't think I have a NCAA future here.
I'm on the Varsity Academic Team.
I've been to the NSLC (National student Leadership Conference) for Healthcare.
I did Mocktrial this year, but I don't feel like doing it again.
I'm in National Honors Society (NHS).

Hobbies/Interests:
I love playing Chess for fun. Lets just say I'm not too shabby and can play pretty well.
I can play the bass guitar. I can't read sheet music for my life however.
I like all the astronomy and space jazz.
I like superheroes, star wars, LOTR, and things like this, but I don't think this belongs on an application.

So if you can tell me what you think, and whether on not I have a fair shot, it would be greatly appreciated. Also, can you guys tell me what other [good] schools I should look into that I might have a better shot at? Furthermore, if you can give me advice on what else to do in high school to better my application, I'd thank you.
At the moment, I'm not sure what I want to major in. But I'm leaning towards Business,Healthcare (maybe), or something to do with astronomy and space.
Thanks!

I believe the Ivies don’t let you choose which scores to send. You have to send all of the tests you have taken.

To answer your posed question, yes. To improve, partake in your extracurricular activities with more commitment, improve SAT score, continue to keep your GPA at 4.0 etc.

Ivies are a reach for anybody. Obviously you should apply. I think you have as good a chance as pretty much most people
