Do I have a good chance at Wharton/Penn SEAS ED? I've been told not to apply to Wharton because I don't stand a chance. I don't have any outstanding ECs/awards and I'm an over-represented minority at top schools. However, I've been told that I have a great chance of getting into Penn SEAS as a Computer/Information Science major.
