Do I have a high enough change to get in RD?

Hi everyone! NYU Gallatin is climbing to the top of my list, however I am not 100% sure if it is my absolute top, which is why I'm hesitant to apply ED II. I am worried that I won't have a strong enough chance if I only apply regular. I also have absolutely no idea how selective Gallatin is compared to the other colleges, so if anyone has any info on that, I'd love to hear!

Here are my stats:
SAT's:
combined- 2050
reading-700
writing-700
math-650

GPA:
My school does not weight or go by the 4.0 scale but I have a 91 which I believe is somewhere around a 3.6?

The only AP class that was offered at my school (besides this year) was APUSH on which I got a 5

Senior year coarse load:
AP AB Calculus
AP Environmental Studies
AP Government and Politics
AP Literature
Chinese 5 (no honors or AP level offered at my school)'
Advanced Theater
Concert Choir
Swing Choir (a singing ensemble that meets before and after school but counts as a class)

My extra curriculars are perhaps the strongest part of my resume, although I don't know how much weight NYU puts on those. I mentor local seventh graders, I've had unpaid internships with local politicians, I lead many clubs at our school, I've won awards for my writing, I've been accepted into a regional-wide choir for the past two years, and I've worked on a plethora of different student-run performing arts shows.

Thank you for your input!!!

Yeah man, you have a good shot. Would say around 50-50

I’m sure NYU weights ECs and essays much more heavily than the stats tho they matter too…if your ECs are as exceptional as you say, I think you have a good shot at Gallatin.
