Do I Have a Real Shot at FSU? (out-of-state)

I'm from Massachusetts.
GPA is somewhere between 3.3 and 3.5 unweighted
SAT is 1940 composite, 1190 CR/M. (Taking it again)
ACT (Taking it soon)
I have a good deal of extracurriculars including NHS.
I'm confident that I can write a good essay. My SAT writing score was 750

Other info that may or may not be relevant:

My family income is above average
I go to a top public school
I've expressed a lot of interest (Correspondence/Visit)
Majoring in a scientific field
Good recommendations

Thanks for the help. I'm just at that point where I pretty much know where my numbers are and the curiosity is killing me. I'd love to know whats realistic and whats not.

What’s your class ranking?

You have a shot. OOS often don’t want to apply for summer. But I say if you apply for summer with your stats, and you raise your CR/M a bit with the retake, your in. Besides, you will sit around all summer waiting to go off to college anyway, why not get a head start.

Maybe top 30%. My class is only 62 people and its a very competitive class. I feel like class rank means less with such a small class. I mean top 10% is only 6 kids
