Do I have a reasonable chance to get into Caltech?

Do I have a reasonable chance to get in with these scores?

ACT: 34

SAT II's:
Math 2: 800
Physics: 800
Chemistry: 790
U.S. History: 740

4.0 GPA, first in my class at a very good public school

varsity football, eagle scout

Before my senior year I'll have AP credit in World History, U.S. History, English Lang/Comp, Calculus BC, Chemistry, Physics B, and Physics C Mechanics. During my senior year I plan to take Phyics C E/M, U.S. Gov, Comparitive Gov, Micro Econ, Macro Econ, Human Geography, Statistics, and Biology

I'm worried about my lack of a ton of clubs and extracurriculars but I'm hoping that they know how huge of time commitments football and getting your eagle scout are. Also, will only taking 5 classes my senior year seriously hurt me?

Well, the first question that comes to mind is why do you want to go to Caltech? Usually people have a very strong commitment to math and science, shown by math/science competitions and EC's and such. On the surface, it would seem you have a passion for something else, but that's why I asked my question.

If you do get into Caltech, and you come here, and you mention the words "varsity football" during Rotation, you'll have a reasonable chance of being a Flem.

10char

You might be disappointed when you find Caltech doesn't have a football team.

You do have a reasonable chance of getting in. You're not a shoe-in, but your scores, GPA, and classes are all fine.
