I’m currently a junior attending a public high school in GA that is known for being difficult academically.
By the time I graduate, I will have taken 9 AP courses, but my high school does not offer AP to freshman and only offers 1 to sophomores.
I have a weighted GPA of about 4.18 and an unweighted at about 3.86.
On my SAT I got a 2120 and a 32 on my ACT.
I will have played lacrosse for four year by the time I graduate (2 years JV, 2 years Varsity)
I am in Spanish Club, Young Republicans Club, Ambassador’s Club, and Key Club.
I have established great relationships with many of my teachers so teacher recommendations are not an issue at all for me.
I want to apply to GA Tech, UCLA, NYU, Univeristy of Michigan, University of Wisconsin, UNC, and possibly Duke. Money is not an issue so the financial aid at each school is not very significant.
Your test scores are at the lower end of the spectrum and your ECs/Awards for these seem light so I’d retake for a higher SAT/ACT just to be safe at places like Duke/Mich/UNC.
You should be fine at GaTech, and UCLA is a little more lax for OOSers. I’m not familiar enough with Wisconsin or NYU.
Your current GPA and test score is right at the average of admitted students at UMich. For OOS students like you, expect the average to be slightly higher and the OOS admission rate was around 20% last year.

This is the capped weighted, also UCLA uses the uncapped weighted where you are given extra honors points for AP/IB or DE courses only as an OOS.
Glad to hear money is not an issue since the UC’s no longer offer FA to OOS students.
You are within range for UCLA stats wise. Write some outstanding short answer essays, you could have a good chance depending upon intended major.
Good Luck.
It says that my capped gpa is a 4.21 but I couldn’t figure out how to calculate uncapped.
