Do I have a shot at Emory?

Freshman at public, top-40 college applying for sophomore status; currently a psychology major. Hoping to study mass media in graduate school. I currently have 29 credits and would have 43 by the date of matriculation.

High school credentials-
IB Diploma recipient
GPA: 4.3 weighted
SAT: 2070 (730 W, 730 R, 610 M)
SAT II: 740 French, 660 Biology (blah.)
ECs/honors: President of French National Honors Society, National Laureate status in National French Competition, Principal's Honor Award (two years), participant in French language exchange program, volunteer service at local animal shelter. (I realize that my high school ECs are bit dry. I was a somewhat unmotivated student during my high school years and didn't begin to pick up slack until my junior year.)

College credentials-
GPA: 3.82 (average GPA at this school is about 3.1) with straight As on midterm report.
ECs/honors: Staff writer for student newspaper, cartoonist for student newspaper, DJ at school radio station, psychology club, "insight committee" for course on organismal biology, continued service at animal shelter, Dean's List, and some academic achievement award for minorities.

"Hook(s)": URM, parental divorce.

I'm so desperate to go to Emory. I hope I have a chance.
