Do i have a shot at getting into Rice University?

<p>I wanted to know if you guys think i have a reasonable change at getting into Rice.</p>

<p>I'm a Junior.
Ethnicity: Hispanic
GPA: 3.85/4.0
Act: have not taken it yet
SAT: 1850. This was my first time i will take it at least one more time
Rank: 19/564 3.3%
AVG: 97.5
2 AP Classes this year: AP U.S History, AP English Language
Next year i will have 4: AP Calc BC, AP Physics B, AP Lit, AP Psych
Clubs: National Honor Society, National Science Honor Society, Key Club, Leader of the Ministry of Worship at my Church. My father is the Pastor. Have played Piano for about 2 1/2 years, Science Club, Mu Alpha Theta (Math Club)</p>

<p>Athletics: JV Track and Basketball 9th and 10th grade.</p>

<p>I want to Major in Finance.

<p>Please see the Hispanic Students forum (under College Admissions, Specialty topics), particularly the Resources sticky thread which as information about scholarships, summer programs, diversity flyins, etc. I would not recommend starting a Chances there, but if you are interested in information about college admissions for Hispanic students, it’s the place to go.</p>
