Hey everyone! I am driving myself nuts trying to calculate my chances into the penn state summer session. No one seems to know the real requirements for it. some people act like i could get in and others are saying i dont have a chance and am a perfect candidate for a branch campus. i agree with them in some ways but i can't be sure. it's one of my top schools so I really need to have a general idea if i have a chance or not.
i'm not good enough for regular admissions but i figured i'd try summer session because i heard it's somewhat easier to attain entry that way.

i have a 3.4 GPA and a 1700 (out of 2400) on SAT's and a 24 on ACT's (might take them again)
i'm a 2-year letterman on the lacrosse team and defensive player of the year last season
i'm in key communicators
student council
co-features editor of the newspaper
write for the school magazine
am a member of SAAD
captain of my intramural basketball team
and i also tutor in my spare time, do meals on wheels, work at my church's annual vacation bible school and fair and coach summer lacrosse camp
lastly, i have a part time job

i appplied for summer session, didnt put my ethnicity and went in undecided. i'm also a PA resident and applied in august. however, my transcript wasn't sent in until early october.

my grades really hurt me on this one. please answer honestly if you can!! i'm going crazy with anxiety!!
