Do I have a shot at top schools' MS (computer science) programs WITH scholarships?

Here’s my profile:
2nd year Computer Engineering major at University of Texas at Dallas (full ride, Honor’s College)
GPA 3.9
GRE 322
Did and still doing research in natural language processing/speech recognition with a professor established in the field (on my way of getting published  )
Member of ACM, IEEE; made Dean’s list and bla bla
I’m also trying to get internships at Facebook/Google/Microsoft for the summer.

And by top school I obviously mean tech powerhouses like MIT, Stanford, CMU…
Though my school doesn’t have much name recognition (for now), I think I’m doing the best I can…
And I understand that schools admit master’s students for the money, and naturally scholarships/fellowships would be competitive.

Am I even on the right track? Should I get more research experience, or should I get more real-world software industry internships? (although I enjoy both and I don’t know which one I really want for my future, but money-wise, I think I’m becoming a software engineer)

bump…

If you aren’t sure about a graduate program, don’t do it. Getting a job is a good choice and you can go back for a graduate degree later once you decide you really, really want to do it. As for your academic record and GRE scores, they are quite good and should make you competitive for strong programs if you have good letters of reference.
