Do I have a shot at Wesleyan, Amherst or any Ivies with these scores?

MY THOUGHTS: I have the grades. I have everything academically, but my SAT's are going to be a major issue as of now; however, I'm getting tutored and should get the scores up significantly. My extra-curriculars are good I believe because I've shown much interest in several areas (baseball/music/ science) I did not just throw down a laundry list of clubs and contests cause the admission people know that is all a bunch of crap. They want dedication in specific areas. Anyways, I'd like some advice from who every wants to respond. Thank You.

Try to get them up, becuase adcoms will see the scores and probably become wary of your grades. I also suggest Bowdoin as a school to look at if things don't go so well in the score department - they are SAT optional and one of the best LAC's in the country. But who knows. Everything else looks so solid that I can't see a school where you'd have no chance of admission at all.
