Do I have a shot at Wharton?

I was wondering if I have a chance at getting accepted into wharton. I would likely apply ED this coming yr and would major in accounting.

Info/Stats:
White male from PA
GPA- Weighted- 4.82, Unweighted around the 3.9-4.0 zone not sure though (lowest grade of a 92 then the rest are around 95-100 for my classes in the 3 yrs so far).
Class rank: 6/383 top 2%

AP's- not many offered until junior/senior yr. Only have taken English Comp and USH.
Will take Gov/Ec, Calc BC, Bio, Span, and English Lit this coming year.

SAT: 2120 comp. 700-CR, 710 Math, 710 Writing.
SAT II: 780 Math II, 770 USH
ACT: 31- likely won't submit not sure yet though.

EC's:
-Student Council President this coming yr.
-DECA for 3 years (Officer this yr and next)
-FBLA officer this yr and next
-Interact 3 yrs. either vp or president next year
-Young Democrats club co-president
-Baseball 4 yrs. Varsity this coming yr.
-1 year basketball
-Catholic Leadership Experience with my church
-Participant in Chester County Chamber of Commerce Youth Leadership Program
-Amnesty International Club member
-NHS 11th and 12th grades
-Knights in Community Service Club 4 yrs (planned our school's first community fair, now will be an annual event at our school)
-Between 50 and 100 volunteer hours on various projects

Any input would be appreciated.

Assuming your AP scores are fairly solid, you should probably work on bumping up that SAT I score. Your ECs are decent but not oustanding. Probably around average chances, that is to say - a reach.

Honestly, you won’t know until you apply. There are about a billion chance thread on UPenn’s forum with people who want to ask if they can get into Wharton and no one knows the answer.
