Do I have a shot for U of M,MSU, or Loyola?

To start with my HS is top 10 in the school, and doesn't publicly use a ranking system. Basically will a very strong upward trend in GPA, a 3.0 from Freshman year to a 4.0 the rest of the years be enough to give me a shot? My major will be medicine, which is why I went heavy on the sciences.

Freshmen Year, my worst year by far:
-Biology: 3
-Honors Geometry: 2.5
-Civics and Econ: 3
-ELA 9: 3
-Gym: 4
-Health: 4
-Spanish: 3
Total GPA: 3

Sophmore, much better
-Chemistry: 4
-Physics: 4
-Spanish: 4
-APUSH: 5
-Honors ALG 2: 4
-ELA 10: 4
(Tested out of AP Psych, got a 5)
Total GPA: 4.0(UW)

Junior, again, mainly focused on sciences, since I'm not exceptional in the maths. Bear in mind that some of these classes are only a single semester.
-Anatomy: 4
-AP Bio: 5
-Genetics: 4
-Honors Pre-Calc: 3.5
-AP Lang: 5
-AP European History: 5
-Instrumentals: 4
-BIG History: 4

Senior, what I'm taking next year.
-AP Chem
-Calc AB, or AP Stats(undecided)
-Sociology: 4
-AP Lit: 5
-Med Career: 4
-AP Gov: 5
-Forensics and Bioethics: 4

ACT Score: 34

EC'S:
-HS XC 3 Years, captain for next year
-HS Track 3 Years, captain for next year
-Debate Team
-H.O.S.A, "All State" for my specialization
-Guitar Concerts, voted best acoustic performance at school :}
-Volunteer, then working at my local major hospital
-Auditorium Technician, my first official job
-Border Patrol Explores, unsure of whether or not to write down, held a leadership position

Potential Advantages: Parents are immigrants? In-state for University of Michigan Medical School and MSU
Had a massive upward trend, kinda turned my life around, And I tend to write killer essays, Debate team was for public speaking training.

Erm… Wrong Area, sorry
