<p>I'm from NY.
I have a 29 ACT (35 English, 26 Math, 32 Reading, 24 Science)
2080/1310 SAT (650 Math, 660 Critical Reading, and 770 Writing)
US SATII-710, taking the Lit SATII tomorrow.</p>

<p>APUSH-3
AP Lang-4
Taking AP Spanish, Honors Symphonic Band, AP Lit, AP Comparative Government, Honors Calculus, and AP Physics B this year.</p>

<p>I have a 96.6 weighted average, and i'm ranked 15th out of 450 students.</p>

<p>I have a TON of extracurriculars too. Marching Band, Color Guard, 3 Sport Varsity Athlete, National Honor Society, Service Honor Society (minimum of 25 volunteer hours per year to get in), Pit Orchestra, and other clubs.</p>

<p>UCLA is my #1 choice, I REALLY want to get in.</p>

<p>SAT is on the lower end but still good enough to get in. What is that GPA on the UC scale?
UC’s are really a #'s game, but your extra curricular stuff help. The important question is how competitive are you relative to your peers applying? If you stand out among the people who are applying to LA, I’d say you got a good chance. Also, the fact that you are OOS would help you case.</p>
