Do I have a shot?

What are my chances of getting into Umich, Columbia, and Johns Hopkins?
I'm applying for Biomedical Engineering (College of Engineering)
I'm applying Regular Decision
I attend a well known and competitive private school in Michigan.
I have fairly decent essays and good recommendations.
Thanks for your input.

damn....sweet resume!!!
you're probably in to UMich...but idk for sure about Columbia and JHU. good shot though.

anyone else with advice?
thanks for your response nervous

i think you'll get into hopkins because your stats are quite consistant with those of admitted students. however, i know that the biomed engineering program itself is pretty tough to get into, so i don't know about that - i'm sure you'll get into the university; the question is whether you want to go if you don't get into the specific program.

You have awesome chances eveywhere. I really like the National Physics Team participation, but I find it kind of ironic how you got a 650 on the SAT II Physics Exam unless that's a typo or something. Nice SAT and ACT Scores too.

Good Luck

Jerod

I think that you'll get in for sure to all the colleges listed, but I'm just another student, so my judgement (and most of others in here) are only mere opinions. I'm also applying to JHU, but i applied early decision, and my SAT scores and ACT scores are both alot lower than yours, but jhu doesnt just look at scores (or so most of the admissions people have told me) so you dont have to worry too much. plus, as i read most of the posts in here, it seems most of you have very good grades and high test scores, i dotn see why you even have to take the time out to post on here asking for other students opinions. if youre smart (or hard working) enough to get the stats that you have, you should have enough confidence in yourself too.
