<p>The end of my post got cut off…
I meant to say that I talked about 2 of my EC’s and how they relate to what I want to do ib college. In my 2nd essay I talked about my prolonged leadership in my community service group at my school and how my involvement drove me to what I want to do in college. </p>

<p>Overall I tried to connect my app and related all my EC’s to my major by referring to them in my essays.
I didn’t apply for engineering.</p>

<p>I was also in contact with a Cal admissions officer. She reviewed more 1st draft essays and my finals. She told me they were ‘fantastic’ and they had the details she was looking for. Hopefully she’s right and my personal statements come through…</p>
