Do I have a shot?

So I want to go to Johns Hopkins. I almost applied ED but decided not to at the last moment (I am pretty indesicive haha). With my current stats, can I get in RD?

Major: History
White, female
Mid-Atlantic Region

GPA: 3.97uw/ 4.7 w
SAT: 680 cr/ 640 m/ 770 w (though they don't consider writing :(
ACT: 29 (31 math, 29 reading, 33 writing, 27 science)

Took 8 AP classes, plan to take 10 AP tests. Took every history AP. Scored 5s on all except two (got 4s)

SAT Subject:
750 US history
650 English

Both letters of rec are fantastic, really portray my ambitions and personality.
I think my essay is good. I rewrote it four times so it better be perfect :)

I'm not gonna spew out a huge list of ECs that no one reads, but I will tell you that I am involved in many meaningful organizations. I am president, vp, and treasurer (for 3 different ones).
I also have 300+ service hours. I have won an international service award (only >25 out of 100,000 get)
I also have state and international accolades for athletics.

Please don't just say "get your test scores up". I am not taking the tests again, so this is irrelevant.

Thanks to anyone who can answer!
:)

Very iffy. Hopkins gets a lot of pre-med applicants that don’t have your CR score but are way better in math.

OP has better shot at LAC’s.

However, Hopkins requires ACT w/ writing or SAT I so it does use the SAT writing score in some capacity.

ACT is too low to submit. Bury it!

Hopkins will be a reach. They get tons of applicants similar to you or with higher stats. That doesn’t mean that you won’t get in for sure, it’s honestly hard to say and maybe with a strong essay or recommendations you can. I will just say that I applied with similar stats as you (granted it was 5 years ago but still…) and got rejected from Hopkins.
