Transfer from Moorpark college- 3.67 GPA, 32 Units, No test scores required, bad HS GPA. lots of honor societies and EC. do i have a shot yall
Hi txcountry! I also just submitted an application to transfer into the Fall of 2018 at Pepperdine, so I 1000% understand the nerves you’re currently going through!! Fortunately, since you have over 30 credit hours at a college, your HS grades will not be taken into account, and your HS transcripts are needed in the application merely to prove you attended/graduated HS! Your GPA is within the range of GPA’s Pepperdine typically admits (statistically, anyway). However, your EC’s and plethora of honor societies will surely increase you’re already likely chances!! Randomly, by the way, I’m applying from Texas lol!! Just thought that was funny since your username has ‘tx’ in it (-: Anyway, good luck! I’m praying for you and hope everything works out - trust me, I know how you feel
Hey thanks for responding! I live in California now, but born and raised in Collin County, Texas! lived there 16 years! I have a lot of activities and only Phi Theta Kapa for honor society so, i guess we will see. I hated that essay question about the Bubble though lol
@vdulemba1 hey! did you get in?
@txcountry hello again in another thread haha!!! Yes I did
