Do I have a solid chance for U of W (Seattle)?

I am a junior who aspires to go to these universities stated above. I live in Jersey. I would like to do a pre-med track (biology or something) when and if I get there. Here it is:
-SAT: 1220 (plan to take it again for a 1300)
-GPA (unweighted): 3.4-to low 5ish because im improving
-Consecutive honor roll since freshman year
-AP English (this year)
-plan to take 3 AP classes senior year
-looking to work as an EMT real soon

Extracurriculars:
-Swim Team Captain at the local YMCA for 3+years
-prospective NHS member
-school swim team 3 years
-Scholarship after school program since freshman year until I graduate
-socratic circle club
-tutoring
-working construction from time to time
-attended countless Rutgers University programs
-SMART program (science program thing)
-spent a day shadowing a pharmacy student
-about 100 hours of community service
-aided in a city-beauty project by painting a mural
-plan to shadow a doctor soon

Thanks for any feedback

My daughter was wait listed from Michigan with much higher stats, more course rigor, awards, and great ECs. It has become very competitive for out of state students. Your GPA and SATs are low for OSU too. I know next to nothing about Seattle, but BU would be a reach too. My advice would be to meet with your guidance counselor and start looking at the common data sets for schools you are considering. Good luck!
