Do I Have Any Chance for Brown ED and others?

I am African American, Female, live in New England. I know someone who is writing me an awesome rec for Brown.

My UW G.P.A is 3.2 (2.0 Freshman year, 3.6 Sophmore year, 4.0 Junior year)
I know it's kind of low, I really screwed up freshman year, but I can explain it well in my application.

I don't know my class rank. My school doesn't realease it.

I will have taken 10 AP's in total by graduation. I am currently taking 5 and another equally difficult class.

PSAT:
78 CR 80 M 77 W

SAT:
Total: 2300
Reading: 750
Math: 800
Writing: 750

SAT II:
Biology: 750
Spanish: 750
Math II: 800

EC's:
Math Tutor (grades 10, 11, 12)
Tennis (9, 10, 11, 12) Varsity 3 years, captain.
Volunteering

I am a top 50 nationally ranked junior tennis player, and have already been recruited by several schools, so I don't know if that will help my chances at Brown, but I do want to play tennis there if i do get in. I devote 3-4 hours everyday to tennis and I don't have much time for anything else besides homework. That's why I don't have more EC's.

Could you also chance me for:
University of Michigan
University of Virginia
NYU
USC
UCLA
Cornell
University of Chicago

Also, is there anything i can do to improve my chances?

i think you definitely have a chance. they like to see upward trends
your test scores are great. and the urm status doesn’t hurt
also, you should talk to the brown tennis coach. ivy’s recruit and that would help.

although i think your freshman GPA will hurt your chances, the strong improvement with tennis as your hook will help your chances! it is a shame, though, that you have NO other ECs…
