Do I have any chance of getting into UW?

I'm an incoming senior (graduating 2012) from a California public high school.
My weighted GPA is a 3.86 (I screwed up pretty bad my junior year :/, but it should go up after my first semester of senior year).

SAT - 2050, or 2060 combined
SATII's - Planning to retake, but are they required for UW?

I've taken AP Euro, Honors Chemistry, AP English Lang & Comp, AP Bio, Honors Anatomy & Physiology, and APUSH, and taking AP English Lit, AP Human Geography, and AP Comp Gov my senior year.
AP Euro - 3 (I'm not a history person haha)
AP Lang - 4
AP Bio - 4

I was in marching band my freshman and sophomore year, and pep flags my junior year which I'm also doing my senior year.

I'm VP of my school's Key Club.
I'm also in Science Alliance (2 years so far) and CSF and NHS (3 semesters so far).

I also did some volunteer work at a UCSF lab the summer after my sophomore year (I think I got around 200 hours), plus some other random volunteering here and there.

What are my chances of getting into University of Washington - Seattle?

You’ll probably get in. Your SAT is well above average. UW does not look at SAT II’s, keep that in mind
