Do I have any chance?

I go to the University of Richmond where I'm going to end up with about a 3.0-3.1 for the first year. Although you might look at that and say that's not a good gpa, I think its pretty good for this school as there's so much grade deflation due to them trying to raise its prestige or whatever...I was accepted to Colgate as a first year student and I've always wanted to go there. Unfortunately I applied EDII to Richmond.

Given that I was already accepted to Colgate, what are my chances as a sophomore transfer there? I was also considering applying to Bucknell. Also, I got screwed here with this required class CORE and got the hardest teacher for it, so while other people are getting easy A's or at least B's in this class, I'm getting a C along with everyone else in my class...if not for this class my gpa would be at least .2 higher...Please let me know if it's even worth applying with that gpa. Thanks.

You would probably get into Bucknell.
