Hello, I have a GPA of 3.54 and I’m starting my senior year this year. I’ll try to get all A s this year because I’ve changed my way of living (No procastination at all). So I’ll probably get higher scores on my classes. I am a IB candidate and I’ll certainly get my IB diploma. My question is, would getting the IB Diploma, help fix my possibly 4.7 GPA and my 26 on the ACT on my college admission chances for UMBC (University of Maryland - Baltimore County)?
Same with me Jose, except my GPA is 3.64 unweighted and 4.16 weighted…And I only have 1 good AP test to report as of now…4 on AP Psych. Hopefully we all do well on the ACT this Saturday. I bet we both have a pretty decent chance of getting in.
How did you know I’m testing on friday? Anyways, did you see they changed the writting portion? It now has a broad prompt, several stances in the issues, and is 40 minutes. I too hope we do well this Saturday.
