Do I have this right? Please help me out

I'm a bit confused about the things I have to mail to admission offices.

First question is about the teacher evaluations/secondary school report forms. I cannot send those online, so I'll have to do those on paper. I got those filled out and what do I do now? Make photocopies of the forms, attach my transcript/forecasted grades to my secondary school report attach recommendations to the teacher evaluations and mail them to the admission office? Or am I not allowed to make photocopies?

Also, if I'm submitting these forms by paper, does the "School Forms" section on the commonapp website matter?

Another question about the mid-year report. When it is available, do I mail it again? I do not have the kind of money to keep sending documents to a foreign country.

Ok School forms

Teacher recs - if they cant do it online, send them the email online, and ask them to choose “opt out of online and do it offline” when they login through their invitation you sent them. Then print the secondary school forms, and fill YOUR part out, give it to them to fill THEIR part in and ask them to make photocopies to send it to multiple schools. Then you can send it to multiple schools. Once the midyear report comes, you have to do the same thing (except you dont have to invite them again/ ask them to login and say they wanna do it offline)
You dont HAVE to send the recs with the transcript, you can send everything seperate, but im sure you would save money if you gathered everything together (except sometimes students arent allowed to see the teacher recommendations).

Good luck

Oh but I already printed them out from the “Download Forms” section on the commonapp site and had them filled out by my teachers and counselors. Do I HAVE to send invitations to the teachers/counselor and do they HAVE to opt out?

So photocopies are fine, right?

@yes, it informs the commonapp/schools that they are going offline not online

im pretty sure they HAVE to be

Oh alright. I’ve got the forms filled, so now all I gotta do is invite teachers and make them opt out, correct? No need to make them fill all of it out again, right?
