Do I have to know formulas for polyhedrons on the ACT?

Like a cone or sphere? I am studying from the PR book and it seems to just go through triangles, circles etc. and not this. Should I still review it?

Probably not, unless you absolutely need a perfect 36 in math. There is usually at least 1 and sometimes 2 oddball questions; my son’s test had a problem finding the imaginary roots of a complex equation, which pretty much required the use of synthetic division to solve. You can probably count on a matrices question. 3D objects may be possible for a single problem, but only on the occasional exam.
