I'm an international and I practice a lot on several test from different books (Barron's, Kaplan, CB book, and others less known).
In some of these tests I failed to have a perfect score because a conversion of feet to inches is required to get the right answer.
Do I have to learn these conversions for the official test?

Since it is tripping you up on practice tests, it is a good idea. Maybe make a flash card for each conversion that has tripped you up in practice and memorize it.

What I did was make a document with all the conversions, and memorize them in the car on the way to the test center XD

12 inches in a foot.

Can’t imagine you’d need anything else.
