Do I have to put down classes I took at a CC?

on my app that is...

Yes, I think you do. Besides, why wouldn't you want to put them down? They show the UCs that you've had previous experience with college classes.

Cause I got a B in one of them, which would lower my UC GPA, wouldn't it?

Then don't.

You don't HAVE to, but if you want to send in any grade from that corresponding CC,the UCs will see all of your grades at the same time.

Ok, but let's say i get in. Can I then submit those grades later to fulfill a requirement?

no you can't.

by the way, CC credits count as transfer credits. what does this mean? you get credits for them, but they don't affect your UC GPA.

your courses at the CC should be reported to your HS anyways, and then it would (and should) affect your HS GPA.

Yah, I meant UC GPA for UG admissions in the OP, if I confused anyone.

hmm... one B is not goign to kill ur chances to get into ucberk. seriously. i know ppl who have more than one B in high school classes and got into ucb. just make sure u have a good personal statement and good ECs. good luck and dont worry too much

^Absolutely, one B won't kill you. I was basically a straight-B student in math in high school (two A's out of 8 semesters). So don't worry.
