<p>The universities in Texas that I've applied to require it, but the Common App doesn't mention that, so do I still send a scan of it, or do they confirm via my Alien Registration Number that I'm a legitimate permanent resident?</p>
<p>Call the school. I would send it in just in case. Worse thing is that they throw it out.</p>
