Do I have to send AP scores to schools?

<p>Or can I just self-report them? My college counselor is telling me that I have to send them electronically and I really don't see a reason to.</p>

<p>unless a college specifically asks for a CB report (and I don't know of any that do), just self-report the scores. [btw: the reason CB only provides one "free" score report for AP scores is they expect you to fill it out in May of senior year AFTER you have chosen your college.]</p>
