Do I have to send in transcripts from all schools attended?

Hi, I'm an honors student at a jc in CA. My first year in JC I had registered for classes at a different jc than the one I'm currently attending, but I didn't drop the classes. Subsequently I receive an incomplete and a fail in the two classes that the instructors did not drop me from. I also transferred from my jc to a csu last fall, but half way through the semester I stopped attending class because I was dealing with family issues and depression. So I received 3 unofficial withdrawals and a fail.

My question is whether I have to disclose my grades from the csu and the other jc to the Uc's/other universities I'm going to apply to this fall.

Yes.

You are obligated to provide official transcripts of every institution that you have attended. Period.

Okay. But i don’t have to transfer my units to the jc i’m currently attending before I apply right? I can just send it to the universities separately, so I can at least get honors certification where I’m at right now.

And does anyone know anything about medical (depression) withdrawal, and if that could be an option in my csu situation? I’ve already called and left a message with the counseling office to call me back, but I wanted to know if anyone else has gone through the process.

You need to ask the advising center at your current JC whether or not they need to have copies of your transcripts. If you are classified as a degree candidate, they will need them. If you aren’t, they might not.

The only people who can tell you whether or not you can qualify for a medical withdrawal from CSUN, are the people at CSUN. You may need to visit in person, and take your medical records.
