Do I have to send my SAT scores?

So I'm completing my score reports to send to colleges (Columbia, Princeton, Stanford, and UVA) for the SAT IIs that I took today. I've fought with the SAT I (I've gotten around a 2100 every time), but then I tried the ACT and got a 34, which I'm much happier with. I'm sending that score. The four schools I'm sending my SAT IIs to say SAT/ACT + SAT IIs is either required or recommended

Which brings me to my question: if I'm sending score reports of my SAT IIs and the College Board says that the schools I'm sending them to need my SAT I reports, can I just not send them? or is this violating the "you must send all scores" policy? I'm thinking I don't, but I really don't want to be violating any policies.

If I took the sat subject tests yesterday … Until when it’s free to send the scores to 4 colleges? Thank you

the deadline for the free college score reports is october 18.
