I'm not sure if this goes here, but I don't know where else.
I'm not an international student, I live in Puerto Rico and I've taken English for 11 years as a second language. My first language is Spanish. So, do I have to take the TOEFL because English is not my first language?

I don't get it.. ur not an international student but u live in Puerto Rico? every applicant who lives overseas is considered international!.. that's as far as I know.
About the Toefl, I think it depends on the colleges ur applying to. Harvard doesn't ask for it, but many colleges do if english is not your first language and you don't go to an american or british school. It can also be waived if u have a +600 CR SAT score.

Thanks, I got 620 CR so that's great!
Puerto Ricans have USA citizenship, we are USA territory.
