Do I need calculus to transfer to Baruch?

Hey folks, here is my situation, I’m CC student, and my GPA is 3.61. I wanna apply for transfer to Baruch Finance program for Spring '19. I checked they website and I already took all courses that they required for that program except Calculus. I’m wondering if I can apply now, as deadline is February 1st, and then I can take calculus over the summer or I can take it at Baruch? I would appreciate any help. Thank you in advance

How long have you been at Community college? If you have earned less than 24 credits, it will be your high school transcript and SAT scores that will carry the most weight. Did you graduate high school college ready?

You may be better served in completing your associates so that you an get pretty much a guaranteed transfer.

This is my 4th semester at CC. I will have 62 credits after this Spring semester

From what I can tell, Baruch may admit you into Baruch, but won’t admit you into the major until you submit your final grade from the calc class. But you should talk to admissions at Baruch, as it’s not overly clear from their website.

from what i understand calc class is whats needed for zicklin but not for Baruch to get in. however, if you have not taken calc class they will place you under math exam for placement so it is best you complete it first.
