Tulane (EA not ED)

Do I need more safety schools? How are my chances at these schools? Thanks!!

Well, I just got my EA acceptance from Tulane the other day and my stats were when I sent in my app:

GPA: 3.47UW/4.02W
Rank: 66/550
ACT: 30
President of Debate, 300+ NFL Points, VP of Law Club, Co-Capt of Mock Trial, ~90 Volunteer Hrs, debate awards, etc.

So, I'd say you have a great shot at Tulane and BU, the others I'm not sure.

If you do not live in Wisconsin or Pennsylvania, those schools may be hard to get into with your GPA. However, your SAT scores are good, so it may be all right. Carnegie Mellon sounds like a reach. I think that fewer people will be applying to Tulane, so that is probably a safety. Yes, I would add one safety and also apply to an in-state school if none of the above are.
