Do I need send transcripts from all previous schools?

So I went to a university my first year in college in which I came out with a 3.6 gpa. And for my 2nd and 3rd year I transferred to another major University closer to home but have ended up with a 1.7 gpa due to personal issues. The 1.7 gpa doesn't include the courses that I retook last semester (fall 2012). If I were to replace the grades that I got from the retaken courses from fall 2012, I would end up with a 2.5 gpa.

My plan now however, is to transfer to a CC in the city and pursue an associates degree. I am already in the accepted into the CC for the upcoming semester, however I looked at the CC's website and I already would qualify for admission into their Associates program based on my first year in college. However, if I were to include my transcript from the college I am currently in, I would not hit the benchmark of a 3.0 gpa. (All my classes transfer)

My question is if I could not send in my transcript from my current college and just from my first college and apply for the CC's associates program to save myself a year. Would it be easier to do so since it is an intercity CC? Or do you recommend that I not take the risk and just attend the cc for a year and apply next year for the associates program?

If this were a university that I was applying to, I would defiantly not risk it. But since it is a CC, I'm curious.

Thanks

CC or 4 year, you are required to send all transcripts for all colleges attended and they will look for your past college attendance here:
