Do i need to answer toefl???? Or will the sat do

I am an international student from india.
the meduim of instruction in my school was english (St Joseph's Convent till 10th and St Xavier's school currently)
I answered the SAT1 in oct and got a 1920 and got also answered the SAT2 and got 2400 (MAths level 2 -800, physics-800 and chem-800)
I also answered the SAT! again in dec.(hope to get 2100)
Please suggest me some universities that dont require toefl (i know MIT doesnt need it)
and they better be good :)

What was your CR score on the Oct test? If it is well above 600, or 650, (I’m not sure) then ask the admission offices of the schools youre applying to directly to see if they waive TOEFL for international students.

it was 620 on the cr
but will definitly get better this time

You need to carefully read the requirements for each of the colleges/universities that you are interested in. Some will waive the TOEFL because you have been in schools where English is the medium of instruction for a certain number of years. Some will waive the TOEFL if you have a certain ACT or SAT score.

Even if you do get to skip out on the TOEFL, unless you have been in English language schools for at least five (yes, 5) full years, you should take any English placement exams offered at the college/university you ultimately attend. There are big differences between everyday communication in English, secondary school English, and full university level academic English. A specialized reading and writing course designed for students with advanced but not yet native-fluent English language skills can be a very good thing.
