<p>if you're international, you don't get federal aid and we don't have to put our Social security number 'cos we don't have one.</p>

<p>ya it just means that your social security number has to be mentioned on the app if you're applying for aid as a US citizen. The financial aid forms submission deadline is on or after the other forms' deadline.. check the site</p>
