Do I need to Declare a Major to answer this?

<p>"In approximately one paragraph, please address the following prompt:</p>

<p>Describe your academic interests and how you plan to pursue them at USC. Please feel free to address your first- and second-choice major selections."</p>

<p>Is it bad that i'm undecided for my major? How am I supposed to answer this without knowing what I want to be?</p>

<p>Nope. You can talk about your current interests and possible majors and how great the programs at USC are for those fields.
Ex. You are thinking about studying film so you can talk about USC having the best film school in the country, having actors, directors & producers come in and give lectures a lot, the hands-on experience you could get by living in L.A., etc.
You don’t have to commit to a major now but talk about programs they have that draw your attention and make you want to attend.</p>
