Do I need to do a MPN and a Entrance Counseling for both Perkins and Stafford Loan?

I just finished signing the Master Promissory Note for Stafford/Federal Direct Loan on https://dlenote.ed.gov/empn/index.jsp and an Entrance Counseling on https://www.dl.ed.gov/borrower/BorrowerWelcomePage.jsp
Now I'm starting on the paper work for my Perkins loan and it says I also need to complete a MPN (https://www.acs-education.com/CS/Jsp/cpsesign/welcome.jsp) as well as a Entrance Interview (Welcome to Financial Counselor(TM))
I remember from the tutorial for Federal Direct Loan that I only need to sign one Master Promissory Note. Should I proceed with the MPN and interview for Perkins Loan?
