Do I need to include step fathers income or not?

my mom divorced my step dad last year, they are amicable for the most part which enables them to still be able to live
under the same roof as each other (until his new house is finished from being built).
My bio dad is living out of state with no job, no income. My mom works full time and makes around $65K (I’m in TX).
In the FAFSA app; will I need to include my step father’s income - if mom and him are no longer married BUT they still live together whilst he waits for his house to be built?

and if I do have to include step dads income, if he had moved out into a rental, would I still need to include his income?

Your mom is divorced. Her income is what matters. How many roommates she has, is up to her.

so with them being divorced BUT him still living in the same house; I won’t have to count his income in my application will I?

The divorced but living together thing only impacts your mom and bio dad. I think once step dad is divorced, he disappears for fafsa.

that is all i needed to know then. I thought that by him sharing the residence that that would affect my fafsa.
