Do I need to indicate what prompt I'm addressing?

<p>I'm writing my U Chicago essay and I'm wondering whether I need to tell them which of their 6 prompts I'm answering. It'll probably be obvious which one I'm answering but I don't know if I should make it clear just to be sure.</p>
