<p>Well, what happens is that my guidance counselor wants to send my transcript and recommendations to UC Davis, I told him that it was not neccessary, because they don’t require an official transcript, but he insists, what should I do? Should i let him send them or should i try to convince him to not send them? thanks in advance.</p>
<p>You’ll send your transcript if and when you choose to attend a UC. The UCs don’t accept letters of recommendation (although I’ve heard of people sending them for appeals or augmented review) so you shouldn’t send those. It’s probably going to be awkward, but you need to tell your counselor not to send anything.</p>
