<p>Do I need to send in ANY additional documents except the online supplement to the universities in which I am applying? Generally, do the universities ask for any paper materials?</p>
<p>Also, if I am sending my counsellor's fee waiver application, should I just mail it to the universities or an email of the scanned copy will also do? Can I mail/email it myself or does the counsellor need to do it himself?</p>
