Do I need to send my Transcript?

<p>I recently graduated High School June, 2013 in NYC. I did the CUNY online Application and applied to school's and finished the application yesterday for Spring 2014 term.</p>

<p>Although I graduated already I still put my OSIS number I had when attending High School.</p>

<p>Do I need to contact my High School to send my final transcript to CUNY/UAPC..Or are they able to receive it themselves still using my OSIS? Really confused about this..</p>
