<p>haha actually, i called them up and they told me not to send any until they ask for them. i think they ask for your transcript and SAT scores after you've been accepted to match them with your self reported scores. its more efficient for them that way.</p>
<p>kinda late though, i already blew 45 bucks sending them to the UCs and the admissions office told me i'll prob end up having to send them again because they might lose them.</p>

Ugh, same here. I bet the UCs conspire with collegeboard, and they purposely do not inform applicants of sending scores in hopes of earning more millions.</p>
<p>depends on the school -- I sent out four e-mails and got three differnent answers: 1) yes, we will not review your file without the CB report; 2) wait until we ask; 3) after you are accepted, send with final HS transcript. Moral of hte story: call the campuses you applied to.</p>
