Do I need to send TOEFL scores from ETS?

Hello,

I’ve applied to U Richmond and checking this website (http://admissions.richmond.edu/process/), I have to show my TOEFL scores. Do I need to send them from ETS, meaning that I’ll have to pay another ~$20? I have to mention that I’m an international prospective undergraduate, and my CR SAT score is 570, so I’m not waived by their policy concerning a minimum of 600.

If you are required to send your TOEFL scores, you have to send them directly from the testing agency (ETS).
