Do I need to send transcripts for colleges I attended but never took any credit or classes at?

I’m currently in the process of applying to CSUs. I applied to multiple community colleges to take different classes not offered in others, and some of them I was “enrolled” but I never taken any class or credits.

CC’s where you actually attended would generate a transcript. Having applied but not attended would not generate a transcript.

How can you be “enrolled” at a college but not take classes.

“Enrolled” just means that you COULD HAVE taken courses there, but you didn’t.
No class or credits means no transcript with any recorded class or credits.
