Do I need to study for integral and derivative calculus?

I’m an international student and I’m wondering if I need to study for integral and derivative calculus for the SAT Math II test? We already finished the subjects at school (11th grade) but I’m not familiar with the American curriculum.

No, Calculus is not on the SAT Math II test. The test assesses material from algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and elementary functions (up to Precalculus in the US).
