Do I need to submit both my Act and Sat Scores?

I didn’t do so well on the sat and have ran out of dates to take the test because I have to take subject tests in october. My only chance to improve my test scores is by taking the ACT on september 12. My question is do I have to submit both my ACT and Sat scores to UC colleges? or am I allowed to submit one and hide the other like it never existed?

Just in case I do bad on the ACT, I want to know whether or not it will hurt my chances into getting the colleges I want.

GPA: 4.5

My Sat Scores: 1970, 2020

Desired Major: Computer Science

Preferred Colleges: UCSD, UC Berkeley, UCLA, Georgia Tech

Thanks!

I have read that page linked above and nowhere does it say you must provide all SAT AND all ACT scores. UC’s actual rule is here http://admission.universityofcalifornia.edu/freshman/requirements/examination-requirement/ Read carefully. My understanding is that you need to submit either SAT or ACT and if you choose to submit SAT, you need to submit all SAT scores, but you are not required to provide both test scores.
