<p>Yes you will need to send a final transcript. There’s probably more detailed info in one of the many packets Penn’s sent you since you’ve accepted, but I’m guessing it’s just the undergrad admissions office.</p>
<p>They need to be sent, but some high schools do it for you (mine does). As far as the address goes, just look at the return address on some of the mail you’ve received from the university</p>
